Our Story

The property that is now home to College Station Storage has a unique history. It was once part of Collège d'Alfred, Ontario's only French-language agricultural college, where generations of students came to study agriculture and agri-food sciences. The campus played an important role in the local farming community for many years before the buildings became vacant.

When the Berwick family purchased the property, their original vision was to farm the surrounding land. Rather than let the existing buildings sit empty, they saw an opportunity to give them a new purpose.

Through extensive renovations and ongoing improvements, the former campus buildings were transformed into secure seasonal storage facilities while preserving a piece of the property's history.

Today, College Station Storage provides indoor heated, indoor non-heated, and outdoor storage for boats, RVs, campers, trailers, cars, trucks, and other seasonal vehicles.

While the property has changed over the years, our commitment has remained simple: to provide a clean, secure facility, dependable service, and a storage experience that our customers can rely on year after year.
